气提式丁板式曝气器应用于好氧曝气池充氧的静止型曝气装置,它节能效果显著,根据我司经验相比表曝、射流等曝气器产品省电,但对比微孔曝气器电耗接近,但比微孔曝气器污泥量减少很多,约为20%以上(仅供参考)。

 

WATERLINK air-lifting T-plate diffuser is a static aeration device applied for oxygenating in aerobic aeration tanks, which brings a breakthrough change to sewage treatment aeration system. According to our company's experience, compared to traditional surface aerator, jet aerator and other aerator products, its energy-saving effect is significant. However, compared to microporous aerator, the electricity consumption is quite similar, but the sludge amount is reduced with around 20% or more (for reference only).

WATERLINK曝气器采用垂直安装方式,池内污水无需排放即可安装。

设备结构及工作原理

气提式丁板曝气器采用气提原理,当气体进入曝气器后,使曝气器内部混合液密度低,在曝气器内部形成负压,从而将外部的泥水混合液吸入曝气器的底部,和通往的空气混合,避免了污泥在池底的堆积。泥水混合液从上部喷出,被气泡带到池子水面后自然下降,形成上下内循环。由于出泥水混合液在顶部倒伞式丁板的作用下使泥水汽均布分割,并起到分布均匀。所以每台曝气器的服务面积增大,同时达到泥水混合曝气的效果。

 

Structure and working principle

When the gas enters the diffuser, causing the low density of the mixed liquid and then forming negative pressure inside, so that the external sludge-water mixture is sucked into the bottom of the aerator, blending with the air to avoid the accumulation of sludge at the bottom of the tank. The sludge-water mixture is ejected from the top of diffuser and then falls naturally down to form an upper and lower inner cycle. The top umbrella T shape plate makes the uniform segmentation of the sludge-water-gas mixture, which results increasing of the aerator’s service area and reach effective aeration for the sludge-water mixture.
